DOCUMENTS TO INCLUDE IF YOU ARE RENEWING AN EXISTING PASSPORT

In addition to the relevant passport application form, photographs and fee:

IF YOU ARE 16 YEARS OR OLDER

you must also provide:

• Your expired or current passport or a copy certified by a Commissioner of Oaths or a consular officer at a British Embassy, High Commission or Consulate.
• If you are a married woman and would like to renew your passport in your married name, you should include the original or a certified copy of your marriage certificate and evidence that you are using your married name.
• If you are or were married and are now reverting to your single name or you have changed your name by Deed Poll, you should include a full copy of your birth certificate or your original Deed Poll.

IF YOU ARE UNDER 16 YEARS OLD

• The expired or current passport or a copy certified by a Commissioner of Oaths or a consular officer at a British Embassy, High Commission or Consulate.
